Before work begins
If a project is cancelled before a team is allocated, a phase begins, or an external service is purchased, the payment is reviewed for return under the proposal, identifying any actual non-refundable payment fees.
After work begins
Completed and in-progress phases, reserved time, and external costs are accounted for. The portion related to work not yet started may be refundable under the contract and a clear client-facing settlement.
Irreversible services and costs
Spent advertising budget, purchased licenses, digital assets, domains, platform fees, and delivered approved phases are generally not reversible unless there is non-conformity or a mandatory right provides otherwise.
Non-conforming services
If a service does not match agreed specifications when properly used, the client may request correction, re-performance, or an appropriate resolution, potentially including a full or partial refund depending on the case and law.
VIP and ongoing services
Treatment of unperformed future periods and the current period depends on the engagement model, completed work, reserved costs, and any agreed notice period.
Submitting and processing a request
Send a written cancellation or refund request to the official email on the contact page with the client, project, invoice, and reason. After review, YND explains the decision and calculation and returns an approved amount through an available method after verification.
This policy does not remove a consumer's right to recover payment for a non-conforming service or any other mandatory right under applicable law.
